How Breathing Supports Balance Reconditioning
Breathing does more than just deliver oxygen—it plays a central role in keeping your body stable and calming your nervous system. In Align & Breathe, we use a cooling breath technique, inhaling through a rolled tongue or gently parted lips and exhaling slowly through the nose. This breath naturally cools and relaxes the body, helping release tension and promote a sense of calm.
The phrenic nerve connects the diaphragm to the neck, so tension in one area can affect the other. This is often why neck pain and jaw discomfort feel so persistent. The Align & Breathe technique works with this connection, releasing tension in the diaphragm and neck, reconditioning balance, and restoring ease to your movements.
