During the healing process there are several factors that have to be considered. The amount of damage, location, type of tissue injured, general health of the client, preexisting conditions, medications, nutrition, and hydration all influence the time needed to repair injured tissue. Reducing inflammation with lifestyle and nutrition allows the body to isolate the injured area, clean up debris, and mobilize supplies necessary for repair.
The goal of my practice is to help you with solutions that will help you improve muscle health and prevent chronic pain. Integrating structural balance therapy with lifestyle and nutrition is a balanced approach to optimize your health. See more on my philosophy on care.
