The following is a testimonial from a recent client who took the session and has been applying what she learned during this quarantine;
“I have been trying to do the exercise you taught me as much as I can here and every time I do this exercise, I feel directly my body become relaxed and recovers back to a good status. Especially if I do that before going to bed, I feel like it helps my backache that has been happening most-likely every morning which I do not feel as intensely as before and I am sleeping better than before. But I have a bit tense shoulder this week as I was grinding teeth last night…I massaged around my ears and neck last night since the part of my body was feeling tight… Also in regular times, I remember to breath in and out more than usual, so the practice is definitely helping. Please use my experience with others. I am so glad that I’ve got to take your postural class at the good timing… It is helping a lot” Mayuko 2020
