Scheduling
Booking your appointment whether online, by phone, text, e-mail, or in person confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If a gift certificate was to be used, it will be voided as payment. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and will take that into consideration in the event that you have to cancel unexpectedly.

Note: when you arrive the studio door will be locked for safety reason. I will come out and let you in time for you appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. If a gift certificate was to be used, it will be voided as payment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Conduct
I adhere to a strict Code of Ethics. Massage and bodywork sessions are non-sexual. If at any time inappropriate behavior is displayed the session will be terminated and you will be responsible for full payment of the time you reserved. You will not be allowed back on the schedule. If the situation escalates the local authorities will be contacted and charges will be filed.

Pricing
Prices are non-negotiable and subject to change without notice.
